Welcome to Signature Jewelry. By accessing our website, placing an order, requesting a consultation, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2Product Information
We make every effort to present product details, images, prices, specifications, diamond information, and jewelry descriptions as accurately as possible. Due to photography, lighting, and screen settings, slight variations in color, appearance, scale, and finish may occur. Natural diamonds and color stones may contain unique characteristics that are part of their natural beauty.
3Diamond Certification
Where applicable, diamonds sold by Signature Jewelry are accompanied by certificates from trusted laboratories such as IGI, GIA, and SGL. Diamond certificates are issued by independent laboratories and reflect the grading standards of the issuing laboratory. Customers may verify certificate details directly through the relevant laboratory when report verification is available.
4Pricing & Availability
All prices are displayed in AED unless otherwise stated. Prices, product availability, specifications, and promotional offers may change without prior notice. Signature Jewelry reserves the right to correct pricing errors, update product details, discontinue items, or refuse/cancel orders where incorrect information has been displayed.
5Payment Terms
Orders are processed after payment confirmation has been received. Signature Jewelry accepts secure payment options including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank Transfer, and Secure Payment Links. For bank transfers and payment links, our team will provide the necessary instructions and order support.
6Custom Jewelry Orders
Custom-made, personalized, engraved, resized, special order, or made-to-order jewelry is created specifically for the customer and is therefore non-refundable and non-returnable. Once production has started, changes may not be possible or may require additional charges. Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on design complexity, stone availability, and approval requirements.
7Shipping & Delivery
Many UAE orders are personally delivered by a Signature Jewelry representative to provide a secure, premium, and assisted delivery experience. Customers are encouraged to inspect their order before accepting delivery. International orders are shipped through trusted logistics partners such as DHL and FedEx. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs, destination rules, and logistics conditions.
8Returns & Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery and exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Exchange Policy. Returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and accompanied by original packaging, certificates, and documentation.
9Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, customization, and quality assurance reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return: custom-made jewelry, personalized or engraved items, resized rings, earrings, special orders, made-to-order pieces, and items damaged after delivery or acceptance.
10Lifetime Warranty
Signature Jewelry offers a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects for eligible pieces purchased from us. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, theft, improper care, or damage caused by third-party modification or repair.
11Lifetime Cleaning & Aftercare
Signature Jewelry provides complimentary lifetime cleaning for jewelry purchased from us. Professional inspections, polishing recommendations, repair, restoration, resizing, and maintenance services may also be available at preferential rates for our customers.
12Exchange Value Program
Eligible Signature Jewelry pieces may qualify for our Exchange Value Program, offering up to 80% of the original purchase value toward another Signature Jewelry creation. Eligibility is subject to inspection, authenticity verification, product condition, current program terms, and Signature Jewelry approval.
13Buyback Commitment
Eligible pieces may be considered for repurchase by Signature Jewelry following inspection and authenticity verification. Buyback values may vary depending on market conditions, stone value, metal value, product condition, documentation, and current program criteria. Signature Jewelry reserves the right to determine eligibility and final value.
14Intellectual Property
All website content, images, logos, designs, graphics, text, jewelry designs, and brand materials are the property of Signature Jewelry or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
15Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Signature Jewelry shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
16Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
