Way Number One

Measure a Ring You Already Own

Use this way if you already have a ring that fits the same finger. Measure the inside diameter in millimeters. This is the easiest option when you are buying the same style of ring.

Inside diameter (mm) → find your size in the chart below

Way Number Two

Measure Your Finger with Paper or String

Use this way if you do not have a ring. Wrap paper or string around the finger, mark where it overlaps, then measure the length flat in millimeters.
