30-Day Inspection Period

We offer a complimentary 30-day inspection period for all stock jewelry pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, accompanied by all certificates of authenticity, diamond grading reports (GIA), and original packaging. Any items that have been resized, damaged, or altered cannot be accepted.

Custom Bespoke Creations

Please note that custom-designed, engraved, or bespoke jewelry pieces created specifically to your requirements are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
